Refund Policy

1. Cancellations Before Shipment

If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped, we will provide a full refund, no questions asked. Please notify us at atikabazaar@gmail.com as soon as possible to ensure a swift cancellation.

2. Refunds After Delivery

We offer refunds for products returned in their original, unused condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact, within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at atikabazaar@gmail.com with your order details.

Note:

  • Refunds will not be processed for items that are damaged, missing components, or show signs of use.
  • Certain items like opened software, hygiene-sensitive accessories (e.g., earphones), or custom orders may not be eligible for returns.
3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide proof of the damage (images/videos) to expedite the process. We will either:

  • Issue a replacement, or
  • Offer a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may, however, return the product as per our return policy.

  2. Non-Refundable Cases
    • Products returned without prior authorization.
